Where I belong
Perched upon the tallest tree,
The world below looks small to me.
I scan the earth, I watch, I wait,
For winds to guide me, paths create.
From heights I see both far and near,
With pride, yet bound, I linger here.
My wings are strong, yet still I bide,
Humble in the perch where I reside.
For skies aren’t limits, they’re my song—
They call me higher, where I belong.
